Returns and Exchanges We pride ourselves in offering the highest
quality merchandise. Customers have 14 days to return any unwanted merchandise,
with the exception of custom-made items, personalized items, confections/food
items, jewelry, and printed materials, which may not be returned or
exchanged. Custom-made and personalized items may not be cancelled at
any time. Any exceptions to this policy will be at the sole and complete
discretion of Love, me. Returns will not be processed without prior
approval, so please call before returning any merchandise to receive
authorization for your return. Any item authorized for return must be
received by Love, me in UNUSED, UNWORN condition and in its original
packaging. Customers may choose whether they would like to exchange,
receive an in-store credit, or receive a refund. Shipping and handling
fees will not be refunded.
